How to get a replacement Voter Card?
A Voter may receive a replacement Voter Information Card by providing a signed, written request to the elections office. If you would like to request a replacement voter card, please complete an online Florida Voter Registration Application. You may submit the application electronically or print, sign and deliver it to our office.
How may I change my address?
If you are changing your address within Nassau County you may:
- Use our Online Voter Registration System.
- Call us at 904.491.7500 – we can take your information over the phone.
- Use a Florida Voter Registration Application form.
- Submit a signed, written notice to our office – you must include your date of birth or voter registration number and one of the following:
- Florida Driver's License Number
- Florida ID Number
- Last four digits of your Social Security Number

How may I update my signature?
- A Florida Voter Registration Application form is required for this change.
- If you use the online form, you must print, and sign the completed form.

Your voter information card is for information purposes only. This card is proof of registration but is not legal verification of eligibility to vote. It is the responsibility of a voter to keep his or her eligibility status current. A voter may confirm his or her eligibility to vote with the Florida Department of State.
